Progressive Cashback Programme Policy

At Planet Orthopedic, we value our customers and want to reward them for shopping with us.

Our Progressive Cashback Programme provides eligible customers with a percentage discount coupon to use on a future purchase. The cashback percentage increases according to the value of the qualifying order.

For clarity, cashback under this programme is provided exclusively as a discount coupon for a future purchase. It is not cash, a cash refund, store balance or withdrawable financial credit.

1. How the Programme Works

15% Cashback — Orders from £20.00 to £39.99

For an eligible order with a qualifying value between £20.00 and £39.99, you will receive a 15% cashback coupon.

The coupon can be used on your next eligible purchase and is valid for 30 days from the date it is issued.

20% Cashback — Orders from £40.00 to £79.99

For an eligible order with a qualifying value between £40.00 and £79.99, you will receive a 20% cashback coupon.

The coupon can be used on your next eligible purchase and is valid for 45 days from the date it is issued.

25% Cashback — Orders of £80.00 or More

For an eligible order with a qualifying value of £80.00 or more, you will receive a 25% cashback coupon.

The coupon can be used on your next eligible purchase and is valid for 60 days from the date it is issued.

2. Cashback Coupon

Cashback earned through this programme is provided as a percentage discount coupon for a future eligible purchase at Planet Orthopedic.

The cashback coupon:

  • Has no cash value and cannot be exchanged or redeemed for money;
  • Cannot be transferred, sold or assigned to another person;
  • Must be used within its applicable validity period;
  • Is intended for use on the customer's next eligible purchase;
  • Cannot be combined with other promotional codes, discounts or offers unless expressly stated otherwise.

The cashback discount applies to the eligible product value of the new order and does not apply to delivery charges.

3. Coupon Validity

The validity period depends on the cashback earned:

  • 15% cashback: 30 days;
  • 20% cashback: 45 days;
  • 25% cashback: 60 days.

The validity period begins on the date the cashback coupon is issued.

Once the applicable period has expired, the coupon can no longer be used.

4. How to Use Your Cashback

To use your cashback, enter the coupon code in the designated discount field at checkout.

The applicable discount will appear in your order summary before payment is completed, provided that the coupon is valid and all applicable conditions have been met.

Please check that the discount has been successfully applied before completing your purchase.

5. Qualifying Order Value

The cashback percentage is determined by the eligible product value of the qualifying order:

  • £20.00–£39.99: 15%;
  • £40.00–£79.99: 20%;
  • £80.00 or more: 25%.

Delivery charges and any other amounts expressly excluded from the promotion do not count towards the qualifying order value.

6. Returns, Cancellations and Refunds

If the order that generated a cashback coupon is cancelled, fully refunded or returned, the cashback coupon may be cancelled or invalidated.

If part of the qualifying order is returned or refunded and the remaining eligible order value falls into a different cashback tier, Planet Orthopedic may adjust or invalidate the cashback benefit accordingly.

Returns and refunds remain subject to our Return & Refund Policy and applicable UK consumer law.

Nothing in this Cashback Programme affects or limits your statutory consumer rights.

7. Misuse and Fraud Prevention

Planet Orthopedic may refuse, cancel or invalidate a cashback coupon where there is reasonable evidence of fraud, misuse, manipulation of the programme, duplicate or unauthorised use, or where the qualifying order does not meet the applicable promotional conditions.

Any action taken under this section will be subject to applicable law and will not restrict mandatory consumer rights.

8. Changes to the Programme

Planet Orthopedic may modify, suspend or discontinue the Progressive Cashback Programme or its conditions from time to time.

Changes will apply prospectively and will not unlawfully remove eligible cashback benefits already granted before the change.

The conditions applicable when the qualifying purchase was made will apply to that cashback benefit, subject to applicable law.
